Why Single Mothers? Why Now?
The crisis is real: Over 15 million children in America are being raised in single-parent homes. Many single mothers feel like modern-day widows—isolated, overwhelmed, and often invisible within the Church and community. The call to care for them is not just a good idea—it’s a biblical mandate (James 1:27).
Why the Church?
God’s heart beats for the broken, the overlooked, and the vulnerable. The Church is called to stand in the gap, to rebuild what’s been broken, and to offer hope where the world sees only hardship. Like Nehemiah, we are called to rise up and rebuild the walls—restoring dignity, purpose, and belonging for single mothers and their children.
Why This Movement?
Too many families are stuck in survival mode, repeating cycles of struggle and scarcity. We believe it’s time for a new story—a story of sovereignty, restoration, and generational blessing. Through the 5 R’s Framework (Revelation, Repentance, Renewal, Relationships, Responsibility), we equip single mothers and the leaders who serve them to break free and build anew.
